Last night I reached my goal of doing 60 minutes on the elliptical machine. I started this goal about 19 days ago with the original intent for it to take 60 days by doing an extra minute a day until I reached 60 days but it took 19 days. I'm pretty proud of myself. 

This kind of goes with what I wrote about yesterday-every journey begins with one step. But more importantly it goes with what I've said 1000’s of times-Don't ever give up!

For context the most I think I ever did on any type of exercise machine was like maybe 15 minutes. So 60 minutes was a real challenge and a great accomplishment for myself. There were many, many times I wanted to stop or give up but I didn't, I fought through the pain and got it done. At first doing like 12 minutes was really hard but then two days later 12 minutes flew by and was just the warm up. You just have to keep going. Because trust me if I can run 60 straight minutes on an elliptical then almost anything in this world is possible. This little accomplishment for myself should give everyone hope everywhere. I also have not eaten a Snickers Ice Cream bar in19 days either; I haven't really eaten any desserts in the last 19 days. And I used to eat A LOT of desserts. Every night. 

My new goal is to do 60 minutes for 60 days straight. I think I might take one day off a week though. We will see. I went from almost dreading doing this everyday to really looking forward to it. 

The Artwork-I'm not sure where this guy is from but I really like him. It's the colors man! I like his blue, it's not the normal blue but some weird blue that matches up perfectly with the original. Then you have his mouth with his teeth and tongue that are highlighted by a maroon color back of the mouth. His massive unibrow covering his one eye looks great. He seems to be holding his hands in celebration of something and green antenna

Top everything off.

Day 19 of the elliptical-I DID IT!!!!!!!! I went from 55 minutes to 60 minutes last night.
